Free trial

The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Paid subscriptions

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first billing cycle if you have used less than 10% of your monthly generation allowance. To request a refund, email billing@swapad.app within 14 days of the charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing. Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for partial periods outside the 14-day guarantee window.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination.
